That's exactly why the prompts exist. They're designed to draw out stories, not speeches. Just answer a question the way you'd tell a friend. There's no minimum length either. Some of the best stories are just a minute or two.
Not at all. Prompts are sent on a schedule you choose — weekly, fortnightly, whatever suits you. Most people find it works best as a small ritual they come back to over time.
